The personal information provided by you during the application process to join the Brisbane Food Trucks or Coffee Carts program (the program) or through use of Council’s Brisbane Food Trucks and Coffee Carts website (website) will be used by Council and or/its agents for the purpose of staying in contact with you for the purposes of your participation in the program, use of the website and keeping you informed about the program.

Your personal information may also be used by Council to respond to your queries or to contact you to request that you take part in surveys and other engagement activities relevant to the program. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third party without your consent unless authorised or required to do so by law.  Such information is subject to Brisbane City Council’s Privacy Policy.
