Steakhouse style sandwiches, loaded fries and salads, all topped with our thinly sliced chargrilled steak and finished with our speciality sauces. This character filled food truck has been converted from a 1970s Chevrolet Step Van which previously served in the Smithton, Illinois USA, Fire & Rescue Department. Located on the Sunshine Coast, Smithton Fire & Grill is available for private functions on the Sunshine Coast and within Brisbane.
