Baking Turkish Pide and doing Gozleme in Brisbane since 2008. Experience the ultimate Turkish gastronomy with Istanbul on Wheels. We created our own original unique recipes, offering Turkish most loved and popular dishes, Pide, Gozleme, Lahmacun /lahma-june/ (original Turkish Pizza), Iskender Kebab, Turkish homemade dips, Baklava and more! We had our first 'Turkish Bakery' stall at Powerhouse market, Redcliffe market, and Queen St Mall market in 2008. Turkish Bakery had been trading at Brisbane's markets and events since then. In 2021, we upgraded to food truck and brand named our food truck Istanbul on Wheels (by Turkish Bakery).
