El Corazon Mexican

We're El Corazon - the new pink food truck set to bring the tastiest Mexican food to the streets of Brisbane and beyond. Serving up street tacos, nachos and loaded nacho fries and using free range meats together with fresh locally sourced ingredients makes for tantalisingly fragrant, zesty food offerings. Our succulent meats are wood smoked - slow cooked in authentic Mexican chipotle and adobo spices. Free range pulled pork, beef brisket or shredded chicken, served with slaw, paired with freshly made salsas and various condiments. Organically grown jackfruit with a smokey BBQ flavour is used as our vegan option, which resembles a delicious meat-like consistency when cooked. And of course no taco truck would be complete without offering the much coveted fish taco. Locally caught white fish battered and fried, served on slaw, dressed with salsa verde & chipotle mayo and served with a wedge of lime. Delicioso! All tacos are served on your choice of soft shell flour or corn (GF) tacos and garnished with cilantro. Our nachos are loaded with your choice of protein, melted cheese, black beans, salsa roja, pico de gallo and guacamole with optional sour cream and jalapenos. Or, try our loaded nacho fries, exactly the same as our nachos but atop our golden shoestring fries instead. We can also offer burritos (including breakfast burritos), and an array of hot starters.
